As a result, new customer onboarding and step-up verification checks (including document upload, selfie, and motion/liveness verification) may fail or be unavailable. The disruption is related to an upstream identity verification dependency, and we are actively working with the partner involved to restore normal service. We’re observing elevated timeouts when processing PayPal payments. PayPal has confirmed the issue is on their side and is working on a resolution. Our systems remain stable and fallback mechanisms are performing as expected, but PayPal transactions may currently fail or be delayed. Please, note that you may find issues while adding Paypal as a funding source in our app.
