We have identified the root cause of the issue affecting ADA and released a fix. Processing has resumed, and we expect to fully catch up on delayed transactions within approximately 2-3 hours. Until then, ADA screening results and webhook deliveries may still be delayed. No data has been lost; all transactions are safely queued and will be processed in order. We are monitoring the recovery closely and will provide another update once processing has fully caught up.
