Cover Genius incident
Issue with XPay tokenisation. Kayak not able to purchase on RC.
Resolved after 18 hours 54 minutes, on March 8, 2024.
Issue has been resolved by reverting changes on merchant mapping and we are able to see successful purchase request coming through from Kayak. More details to come after postmortem is conducted.

Related to a merchant mapping change for RentalCover.

We've recreated the cvc error with the prior merchant mapping, and succeeded in charging it with the merchant mapping pointing back to XCover_US.
