As of November 13, 2025, Zscaler reclassified coveo.com as "AI/ML Applications", causing access issues for some customers. This may block Coveo search results and related features. We recommend allow-listing Coveo domains/IPs in Zscaler and reviewing Zscaler's documentation on adding urls to allowlists. If issues persist, please open a P1 ticket with Zscaler noting this impact.
