    We are seeing slower than usual processing for scans submitted in our US datacenter, caused by an ongoing incident at our upstream cloud provider. Our EU datacenter is unaffected. We are monitoring the provider's incident and will update as it progresses.

    Billing and subscription requests in our US datacenter returned errors. Some plagiarism scans submitted through the API and the web app failed to start or ended with an error, and subscription and credit information did not load correctly for some customers. Customers in our EU datacenter were not affected.
