We have identified that users may be seeing a 500 error when attempting to access both the agent and admin UIs. This is a high-priority issue and we are urgently working on a resolution. Reports also include the dialer not placing outbound calls for some clients.

Our Engineering team has restored service for many clients who can now login to Agent and Admin UI and outbound calls are being placed properly. We are continuing to investigate a small subset still affected.
