    We’re experiencing failures with questionnaire file imports caused by an ongoing outage at our third-party provider. Users may see errors or timeouts when importing files; other product areas remain unaffected. We’ve identified the cause and are working with the provider. Failed imports will be automatically retried once service is restored, and no data loss is expected.
