Some Shopify customers using legacy pixel methods may not be seeing data collected on sandbox iframes
ContentSquare experienced a minor incident on June 5, 2026 affecting Dashboards and Journey Analysis and 1 more component, lasting 1h 29m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Please note that Shopify customers who have installed the Contentsquare Shopify Partner App were not impacted. For those customers on legacy Shopify setup we recommend you install the new app and remove your old custom pixel workaround.
