    We have identified the issue to be with Verizon not delivering calls to our network. At this time we recommend removing Verizon from your carrier selection in the TFLCR menu of thinq.io. Please be advised this change takes up to 15 minutes to take full effect.

    Correction to the last update, the issue is with AT&T not Verizon. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    We have received an update from AT&T that they have resolved the service issue that was affecting inbound toll free calling. We have been monitoring our network and have verified stability. We have also placed test calls to our test toll free numbers on AT&T and verified the calls are now reaching our network without issue.
