We’ve identified an issue where product descriptions aren’t showing on some purchase orders in Colladium. This doesn’t affect the rest of the order, and forms are still being sent and received as expected. We’re looking into this issue now and will provide an update shortly.

The issue has now been fixed, so all new orders will now correctly populate the product descriptions. We're just working to populate the descriptions on orders that came through when this issue was present.
