Update timeline

  1. scheduled May 11, 2015, 02:21 PM UTC

In our continuous effort to improve the performance, security, and flexibility of our Cloud Platform, we are going to deploy a major change in our server configuration and orchestration layer. We will start the process this Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 4am UTC and it should last around 5 hours till 9am UTC. During this time, the access to Cloudways Cloud Console will be restricted. Rest assured, all your running servers and applications will continue to run unaffected. However, you will NOT be able to launch new servers and applications, or execute any other actions that you can do through the Console. Although, you will be able to access your server(s) through SSH and SFTP. If there is any urgent action/issue that you need to perform/solve on your server(s)/application(s) during the maintenance period, please contact our Live Chat representatives or create a Support ticket and we will do our best to help you out. This major backend change will further strengthen and simplify the Cloudways network. It will prove to be the foundation for additional upcoming features, including Multiple PHP, MySQL, and MariaDB versions, Performance Tips section, and many more. These features will be integrated in the coming weeks. Cloudways Team
