Dear Click Customer, This is to inform you that at 3:30 AM UTC on April 4, our monitoring systems identified that some Field Service Edge platform Agents on the EU Production POD had become idle. We recommend that you please confirm whether your Agents are running as expected. If not, kindly restart your Agents. Please note that this action cannot be performed by our Support Engineers. If you find that your Agent(s) do not restart as expected, please open a Support Case. Our engineering team will review and attempt to determine the reason that the Agents stopped earlier today. We intend to provide an update within the next few days. In the meantime, our monitoring will continue to ensure that the Agents remain functional. Thank You, Click Support
