    Cleo has identified an anomaly which effects a percentage of jobs processing across Cleo Integration Cloud. Job processing failures have occurred for one or more jobs for a small percentage of customers. These jobs failures started April 20th at approximately 8:44 CST

    Cleo engineers have identified the underlying cause and are working on corrective actions to address the latency. We will continue to provide periodic updates on corrective actions within the next one hour.
