    Cleo identified an anomaly which affected a percentage of outbound transmissions across Cleo Integration Cloud. Outbound processing failures occurred for one or more jobs for a percentage of customers. These job failures started at 10:34 CDT. A fix was deployed at 11:33 CDT. Outbound transmission failures were successfully processed by approximately 12:15 CDT leveraging CIC automatic outbound retries. Cleo will provide an RCA through the Services Update section in CIC within the next 5 business days.
