    Cleo Engineers were alerted to a condition that affected API Provider connectivity for CIC customers between 03:02 CDT - 03:07 CDT. During this period, any requests made to the API provider would have resulted in a "503: Service Unavailable" response. Cleo Engineers applied a fix to resolve the issue and have confirmed through monitoring that all Cleo Integration Cloud Services are performing as normal. Cleo will provide an RCA through the Services Update section in CIC within the next 5 business days. Note: AS2 and other communications protocols were not subjected to this condition, and all non-API Provider-based transactions continued to process as normal.
