Cleo Engineers have been alerted to the following conditions : 1) Delay in inbound and outbound transactions for a subset of customers. 2) A few CIC Studio features like admin console and deployment of projects might not be working as expected. Our team is actively investigating.

Cleo engineers have identified the underlying cause and a fix is being implemented. We are noticing a reduction in backlogged transactions. Cleo is in the process of finishing the application of the fix. Cleo also identified that API providers are not impacted by this issue and continue to function normally.
