Cleo engineers have been notified of latency in message visibility, which may affect the UI experience of all customers using CIC Cockpit. All Inbound/Outbound transactions continue to process normally. Cleo engineers have applied a fix. We will continue to monitor and provide periodic updates over the next 2 hours, as latency is reduced.

All CIC Cockpit services and capabilities appear to be performing as normal and are confirmed through monitoring. Cleo will provide an RCA through the Services Update section in CIC within the next 5 business days.
