On 2025-01-16 16:18 UTC, Clari Copilot WebApp users encountered intermittent issues due to high latencies. This was due to a deployment of new code. Our monitoring identified the intermittent issue and we reversed the deployment. By 17:26 UTC, the issue was resolved. No customer data was compromised during this incident.
