    At 14:00 UTC on March 19, 2025, a traffic surge overwhelmed one of our key databases due to an inefficient query being executed under certain conditions. This caused disruptions to our login service, preventing many users from accessing their accounts, between 14:06 and 14:59 UTC. To resolve the issue, we increased database capacity and cleared the backlog of pending queries. By 15:00 UTC, normal operations were fully restored. At no time during this incident was user data at risk.
