Outage in US and Australia Region

   Cisco Secure Email Threat Defense services are impacted in the US region and degraded in the Australia region. Our teams are actively investigating the issue. This is related to an outage with our cloud provider in the region. We shall keep you informed of the progress every hour.

   This issue is still ongoing. There are still underlying issues with our cloud provider that is preventing full restoration of the service. Our engineers are actively engaged to resolve this as soon as possible.

   A public cloud offering technology issue is currently affecting some Email Threat Defense systems, resulting in intermittent impacts to our ability to process email content. Cisco is actively working with the vendor to resolve the issue, and we appreciate your patience during this time. We recommend that you advise your email users to exercise extra caution when opening emails and interacting with links or attachments while this outage is ongoing.
