Since 11:54 AM, the RACE E-Sign and AI Grammar applications and APIs have been experiencing service degradation due to an incident, resulting in intermittent access. As of 11:06 UTC, the application and the v3 API are stable and fully operational. At this stage, the root cause has not yet been clearly identified. Relevant teams remain fully mobilized, actively monitoring the platform and continuing the investigation to determine the origin of the incident.
