The provider Orange Telecom is experiencing network routing issues. Some users connected through the Orange network (including Sosh) may experience slowness or errors on Yousign, mainly when uploading documents, saving changes or signing. Users on other networks are not affected. In the meantime, affected users can try another network, for example a mobile connection from a different operator. We will keep you informed as soon as this issue is resolved.
