    We are aware that our upstream provider for the Race ESign service (Yousign) is currently experiencing instability. Since approximately 16:03 BST, customers may experience failures when attempting to send or sign documents via Race ESign, including HTTP errors and intermittent application issues. The Yousign engineering team is actively monitoring the situation. This is being investigated at the provider level and we will provide further updates in 1 hour or as they become available.
