   A busca por identificadores fiscais brasileiros (CNPJ) está apresentando resultados inconsistentes no momento. Como parte da atualização para o novo CNPJ alfanumérico — lançado pela Secretaria Especial da Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB) — e da atualização na forma como a busca foi implementada no CIAL360, nossos sistemas foram atualizados para dar suporte a essa mudança, que entrou em vigor ontem, 15 de junho de 2026. Com a mudança, algumas buscas passaram a retornar resultados inconsistentes no CIAL360. A causa raiz do problema já foi identificada e uma correção foi implementada. Estamos acompanhando o processo de implantação da correção em nossos serviços e esperamos que as buscas por CNPJ voltem ao comportamento normal em breve, ao longo das próximas horas. As part of the update to the new alphanumeric CNPJ — launched by the Special Secretariat of the Federal Revenue of Brazil (RFB) — and the update to how search was implemented on CIAL360, our systems were updated to support this change, which went live yesterday, June 15, 2026. With the change, some searches began returning inconsistent results on CIAL360. The root cause of the issue has been identified and a fix has been implemented. We are monitoring the rollout of the fix across our services and expect searches by CNPJ to return to normal behavior shortly, over the next few hours.
