    Chili Piper experienced an incident as a result of a service migration that impacted the ability to load Chili Piper's Concierge snippet (marketing.js) in our classic UI / legacy product. Only a subset of around 200 customers were impacted, with no "Demand Conversion Platform" Concierge customers included. This did target both production and sandbox accounts. The impact was that when customers filled out an online form connected to Concierge, Chili Piper would not have presented an option to book a time. Effectively, these prospects would act as though they were disqualified but may not show up in your Concierge reporting. In the developer console, a "500 (Internal Server Error)" error would have been shown. The incident was resolved at approximately 9:00am EDT for all customers when the migration service was rolled back. It cannot happen again as it would require a manual intervention in order to initiate the migration service from this point forward.
