We have a problem with some of our systems at the moment. It means that you won't get a notification when you make a transaction, and your transaction history won't update straightaway in the app. Your account balance will be correct. Your rewards balance won't reflect your latest transactions. However, you're still earning rewards as normal, and they'll show in your rewards hub as soon as the issue's fixed. You can still make payments and use your card in the usual way. We know you count on your bank for the important things in life. We are working as fast as we can to fix the problem and will update you as soon as we know more. We're sorry for any problems this causes you.
