We have noticed an increase in failed API calls to Bol. It is a known issue which they are currently investigating https://developers.bol.com/en/news/incident-20240529. This affects many calls made to Bol, including Exports, Orders, Stock updates and Repricers. We will continue monitoring the situation closely.

We have observed a decrease in error rate for API calls to Bol.com, we have rerun all the failing apis and we continue to monitor the situation.

This incident has been resolved. We have observed that our Bol API Exports, Orders, and Repricers are working as expected again. Any failed exports have been restarted. Orders and returns that were missed during the outage are currently being recovered automatically.
