We are investigating the recurrence of failing narration exports in our new export system.

The issue has been identified and a fix has been deployed. We are monitoring to ensure stability. Exports may take 30 minutes to start processing again. The issue was isolated to a bad configuration that caused our new export service to be pinned to an outdated git branch. We are instituting a process to ensure this does not recur.
