Our data center partner, MCNC.org, located in the Raleigh, North Carolina area, is currently performing scheduled network maintenance. As a result, voice services at that facility are temporarily offline. The good news — your calls should not be affected. Carolina Digital Phone is built with a geo-redundant infrastructure, meaning your devices will automatically route through one of our other servers located in Greensboro, NC, or Dallas, TX for uninterrupted call processing. In the unlikely event that you do experience any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at [email protected], and we'll get things sorted out right away.
