Our data center partner, MCNC.org, located in the Raleigh, North Carolina area, is currently performing scheduled network maintenance. As a result, voice services at that facility are temporarily offline. The good news — your calls should not be affected. Carolina Digital Phone is built with a geo-redundant infrastructure, meaning your devices will automatically route through one of our other servers located in Greensboro, NC, or Dallas, TX for uninterrupted call processing.
