Document downloads are currently unavailable within the platform. The issue was caused by an upgrade rolled out during maintenance last night. We have identified the cause and are working on resolving the issue ASAP. No documents have been lost, this is a temporary connectivity issues. It is still possible to upload documents.

Our public website is currently down. This does not affect the CareHQ application which is available.

Our service provider for SMS, WhatsApp and voice calls (Twilio), is currently experiencing an outage (details can be found here: https://status.twilio.com/). This means: Users may experience issues or delays when sending SMS messages. Inbound SMS messages may be delayed or not received. Automated SMS, WhatsApp and Voice reminders are currently delayed or failing to be sent. We’re are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide an update once more information is available.

The underlying cause of the issue has now been resolved and we are seeing fewer issues with SMS, however, a backlog of requests at Twilio means that we are still seeing some issues. We are continuing to monitor SMS functionality.

Twilio have confirmed that programmable messaging functionality is now restored and we are no longer seeing errors relating to SMS messaging on CraeHQ. We will continue to monitor for the next 24 hours.

We are currently experiencing an issue sending emails through CareHQ. We are working to identify the cause of the issue.

It appears as if email is now being sent, the cause of the original issue is still under investigation.

Emails are sending as normal now. We are still investigating the cause of the outage. Email appears to have been down for approx. 10 minutes.

We have identified the cause of the issue. A temporary solution is in place and a permanent solution is being worked on and will be in place Thursday 19th June.
