Resolved after 3 hours 9 minutes, affecting Zix Threat Protection - Email Threat Protection, on June 1, 2026.
We have deployed a hotfix and are seeing improvements in the Link Protection scanning completing. We are currently monitoring to ensure the issue is fully reesolved. Incident #:IM3936734
