We are currently investigating an issue with our Custody provider affecting all assets. Deposits and withdrawals are unavailable for all assets. Trading remains unaffected. Our team is fully engaged in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will provide updates as soon as they become available.

A fix has been implemented by our custody provider. Deposits and Withdrawals are now available and new transactions should process accordingly Older transactions are currently being remediated, and updates will be provided as they come available.
