ITS is aware of a partial outage affecting the college's Workday tenants. The message below is posted on the Workday Community page. This is to notify you that we are aware of an internal issue impacting the service of your production tenant. Our teams are actively working on this issue. We will update this notification once service has been restored. Thanks, Help Desk and Services Center

Workday has updated their guidance for the partial outage. The steps they are recommending are pasted below. Please try the following steps: Clear their browser's cache and cookies. Try accessing Workday using a different web browser or an incognito/private browsing session. Check with colleagues to see if they are experiencing similar issues, are also experiencing access issues. Reboot computer
