At 07:55 CEST we paused automatic report delivery, so no new duplicate reports are being created. We have identified the cause and are working on a fix. Scheduled reports may be delayed until then, and a few duplicate emails still in the queue may yet arrive. Payment processing and payouts are not affected. We will post another update once automatic reporting is working normally again.

On 10 August 2026, card payments were unavailable for approximately 46 minutes, between 09:58 and 10:44 CEST. During this window, customers were unable to complete card payments. The disruption was triggered by a planned database update that generated an unusually high volume of background events. This event volume placed excessive load on several of our Card Acquiring services, including the component that processes card transactions, causing them to become temporarily unavailable. Tap to pay transactions continued to be processed, but were briefly delayed in appearing in our Buckaroo portals. Our engineering team identified the root cause and deployed a fix that restored the affected services. Card payments were fully operational again from 10:44, with all services confirmed recovered at 10:49. We have implemented immediate safeguards and are working on structural improvements to prevent this failure mode from recurring. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Between 19:11 and 20:09 (CEST), an issue affected payments processed via POS terminals. This has been resolved and we are currently monitoring the situation. On the evening of 22 July 2026, between approximately 19:11 and 20:09 CEST, a technical issue on our payment platform affected transaction processing for POS \(in-store\) terminals. During this period, affected terminals were temporarily unable to complete payment transactions. This disruption only affected Buckaroo terminals. Other terminals were not affected. The cause was a technical issue on our side. It has been fully identified and resolved, and POS transaction processing has been operating normally since 20:09 CEST. We have also put additional monitoring measures in place to prevent this from recurring. We sincerely apologise for the disruption and any inconvenience this caused.

We would like to inform you that today, 24 June 2026, between approximately 09:30 and 10:15 CEST, our online credit card payment services experienced an outage. During this period, credit card transactions were unable to be processed. The issue has been resolved and all services are fully operational again.
We experienced an outage affecting our online credit card services and elevated POS transactions between 14:37 PM and 14:55 PM CEST. During a planned deployment, an issue occurred that impacted our credit card acquiring platform. As a result, transaction processing was temporarily unavailable and transactions failed. Our team identified the issue and restored the service. We are continuing to investigate the root cause and are implementing measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. We're experiencing higher queuing times than normal.
We have experienced two brief disruptions of Bancontact payments due to an outage that is external in nature. The disruptions took place during the following time-frames: 15:25 -> 15:40 16:55 -> 17:10 During these times customers were redirected to Bancontact, but did not return. Transactions were kept on Pending status until expiration updated them to Failed.

On March 10, Buckaroo POS terminals experienced a disruption between 06:20 and 08:15 CET. During this period, transactions on POS terminals were not possible. The issue has been resolved and all terminals are functioning normally again. The root cause is currently under investigation.
