We are currently investigating an issue affecting Confirm Enterprise login, where users are receiving a certificate-based authentication error. As a temporary workaround, non-SSO users can enter their password in the authentication pop-up to log in successfully. Confirm Web and ConfirmConnect are not impacted. We are treating this as a top-priority and are working to restore normal service as quickly as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we investigate and resolve the issue.
