Issue Resolved - EU02 Cluster We have confirmed that the implemented fix has successfully resolved the service disruption affecting the EU02 cluster. All services including REST API, SDK, and Dashboard access have been restored and are operating normally. US06 Cluster remains impacted - We are continuing to work on resolving the issue affecting this cluster and will provide updates as they become available.

US06 Cluster The fixes have been implemented for both EU02 and US06 clusters. All services (REST API, SDK, and Dashboard access) currently function normally. We will continue to monitor.
