    Between 11:00 AM and 12:43 PM ET on October 8, 2025, Dashboard users on the US-10 cluster experienced errors accessing the Braze Dashboard. This service disruption occurred during remediation work for a misconfiguration issue, whereby Braze Engineering teams restarted services to implement the fix. Dashboard access was fully restored as of 12:43 PM ET.
