    Braze Engineers have identified elevated email bounce rates for customers sending email via SparkPost (Bird), starting around 17:35 ET. We are working with SparkPost Engineering who are aware and investigating the issue. We'll update in 30 minutes or when we have an update from Sparkpost.

    Braze and Sparkpost engineers continue to investigate this issue. While we have not fully identified the root cause, Sparkpost is reverting a code deployment from this afternoon that we believe could be correlated. Our next update will come in an hour, or when the revert is complete.
