    Dear clients, We are writing to inform you of a brief service disruption that occurred today involving our booking widgets and online services. The incident occurred between 3:00 PM and 3:20 PM EST. Here are the details: Type: Major anomaly Booking Widget: It was not possible to create bookings via the booking widget for 8 minutes (until 3:08 PM). Booxi Website & Help Center: These services were unavailable for approximately 20 minutes (until 3:20 PM). Resolution: The issue has been fully resolved. Our technical team identified the root cause and implemented a fix, returning all services to normal operations as of 3:20 PM.
