Due to limitations in Stellar Horizon, we are currently unable to offer full history data. We have moved our shared API services to partial history nodes with 1.55m (~3 months) of ledger data to resume some level of service. We are currently exploring options with Stellar Foundation to fully restore service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
