Customers may have experienced an issue with Cloudflare, causing a timeout error when launching the FCS or AR URLs, which impacts FCM and AR systems. Issue seems to be resolved. BlackLine teams continue to monitor the situation to ensure there are no additional issues. We will confirm when the service is fully operational.

Customers may experience an issue when accessing the BlackLine FCS or AR application. BlackLine identified the problem as related to our 3rd party vendor Cloudflare's ongoing maintenance. BlackLine engineers have implemented a solution to enable access. We will continue to monitor for any additional issues and post any further updates.
