    We are investigating reports of intermittent issues with Emails getting stuck in "Accepted" status, delays in updating Email Job Status info for sent Emails, and/or input string errors that may occur for business processes or global changes involved with retrieving job status. At this time the jobs appear to send, and it is only the status update back that is not occurring. You do not need to re-send jobs encountering these issues. Our engineers are diagnosing the event and working to resolve it for you as quickly as possible. Please continue to reference this page for updates.
