resolved Oct 28, 2026, 07:04 AM UTC

Between 14:37 and 16:07 UTC on 27 October 2026, users in our West Europe environment were unable to log in to the Bitlog web portal and mobile app. The incident was caused by a power failure at a Microsoft Azure datacenter in West Europe, which Microsoft has confirmed. No data was lost, and customers in North America were not affected. Service has been fully restored. We are taking steps to make our platform more resilient to similar infrastructure failures. We apologise for the disruption.
