    Status: Monitoring Earlier today, some customers encountered the error "There was a problem with the request" when selecting reporting parameters, preventing reports from running successfully in Clarity Human Services. Our teams identified the root cause and have deployed a fix that has restored reporting functionality. We are currently monitoring the results.
