    We are currently investigating an issue affecting credit card transactions. Some customers may experience errors when attempting to donate or set up recurring donations. We have identified the issue originating with one of our upstream payment processing partners. Our team is actively monitoring the situation and working on a resolution to restore full service as quickly as possible.

    We have identified errors regarding credit card transactions, caused by an outage by one of your upstream partners. We are actively working on technical migrations to re-route payment traffic and restore service to impacted user, while continuing to monitor the external outage.

    Our upstream payment provider has started to recover, and we are actively seeing signs of recovery within our own systems. However, we will continue to monitor all transaction flows closely until we can ensure that everything is fully back online and stable.

    To improve payment reliability while we work through ongoing processing issues, we’ve temporarily disabled Apple Pay and saved credit card functionality. Users attempting to make a payment, will need to manually re-enter their credit card details at checkout. We’re closely monitoring the situation and will restore these features as soon as we can ensure system stability.
