## Summary On March 27th, 2025 a small number of Versaic clients reported that a significant number of eligible causes were showing up as 'Not Disbursable' despite confirming that their profiles and banking information were up to date. ## Impact This issue was impacting multiple organizations across UK, LATAM, and APAC regions and was delaying the grant disbursement for the affected clients. ## Root Cause An update to an API that determine’s a cause’s disbursable status was the root cause of the issue. ## Future Mitigation The Versaic team will collaborate with the team responsible for the API to get the cause details on how to elegantly handle both USD and international causes. ## Timeline of Events * 11:00 MT - Incident reported. * 11:22 MT - Root cause identified and a fix in progress. * 3:00 MT - Deployment of the fix completed; Additional script executed to update all affected causes * 3:15 MT - Verified that the previously affected causes are correctly updated in Versaic. Incident resolved.
