Status: Resolved Between March 30 and April 13, a configuration issue prevented email notifications from firing for monitors on our Legacy EU infrastructure (not EU edge deployment). Monitor evaluation was functioning correctly during this period — monitors were being evaluated and other notification channels were unaffected — but email delivery through our email provider was misconfigured for the EU region. The issue has been resolved. Email notifications are now firing correctly for all EU monitors. If you believe you missed critical email alerts during this window, we recommend reviewing your monitor history in the Axiom dashboard. We apologize for the disruption and are putting safeguards in place to prevent similar issues in the future.
