    Between approximately 14:29:38 and 14:38:00 UTC on October 21, 2026, routine updates to Automattic edge infrastructure caused unexpected HTTP 500 errors across many sites and services. The issue is resolved. We have identified the cause and are reviewing additional mitigations.
