Between 07:07 and 07:44 UTC, routine upgrades continued to affect two cache hosts in Amsterdam (AMS), causing elevated error rates for a small subset of WP Cloud sites and select requests routing through these particular edge cache hosts. Mitigations are in place to avoid recurrence.

Between 1510 and 1536 UTC a small subset of sites hosted on the WP Cloud platform experienced increased latency and errors for uncached requests. The underlying cause is a software bug that was triggered on multiple hosts in multiple data centers at the same time. We have restored connectivity to the affected hosts and are currently investigating the root cause of the issue.

Between 08:25 and 08:35 UTC, a subset of sites, located in the WP Cloud BUR datacenter , experienced 500 errors. The issue was caused by a recent change that led to failures under specific conditions. We reverted the change within approximately 5 minutes, and full recovery followed shortly after. Depending on the affected server, the impact lasted between 5 and 10 minutes. We have since reviewed the incident and are implementing additional safeguards to improve detection and reduce risk during future deployments.
